portfolio > quantitative analysis

One of the courses I took specifically looked at the how to quantitatively measure the user’s experience.  We learned about performance metrics, issues-based metrics, self-reported metrics, and others in this course taught by Tom Tullis and Bill Albert (Fidelity).

combined metrics

In this assignment I had to combine different types of metrics for analysis.  In this case I focused on performance metrics (time-on-task, task success rate, etc.) and self-reported metrics (ease-of-use, etc.)
